Teboho Lempe is the sharp-witted mind behind LANDED, The Green Apple and It’s Mine. After 17 years in corporate strategy and finance, a friend dared him to joke it up on stage. This unlikely leap into stand-up comedy has gotten a little serious.

Don’t Miss LANDED. A Seriously Funny Take on a Not-So-Funny World.

11 October 2025 | Lyric Theatre, Gold Reef City

Buckle up. TebZar’s back and this time he’s LANDED. He’s mining comedy gold where
others fear to tread. Teboho Lempe’s sharpest, most hilarious deep dive into local
and global madness is touching down at the Lyric Theatre this October. This land is his
land for jokes, a show so sharp it might just cut the title deed.

Known for his style, TebZar spins big topics like politics, petrol prices and parenting into belly-laughs and mic-drop moments. Whether he’s at the Lyric Theatre or hosting the Daddy Awards, he brings intellect, humour and a whole lot of South African soul.
